Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched promptly. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen factors.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or duties are not included in the shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs clearance, or high shipping volumes.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages but will assist in filing a claim where possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within a limited time after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment if applicable.
